About the project
A catalog shoot featuring the Artisan collection of Ariane Fine Porcelain was a very challenging yet an exciting project. The purpose was to highlight the shape, texture and colour of the tableware.Since, Artisan collection is a mix of hand thrown style of pottery design studios, the lines on the tableware was the prime focus of the shoot.
With the help of Nitin Tandon Food Styling Studio, we achieved the perfect balance of accurate food on the tableware. With the surface of the plate being reflective, the biggest challenge we faced was the lighting and with a 3 light set up with a lot of light cutting and diffusing got us to this.
